Access data / server log files

The provider (or its webspace provider) collects data regarding each access to the offering (so-called server log files). The access data includes:

Name of the website accessed, data file, data and time of the retrieval, amount of data transmitted, report on successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the last visited page), IP address and the provider requesting access.

The provider uses the log data for statistical assessment for the purpose of the operation, security and optimisation of the offering only. The provider reserves the right to retroactively review the log data if there are concrete indications leading to suspicion of unlawful use.

Handling of personal data

Personal data is information which can be used to identify an individual, i.e. information which can be traced back to an individual. This includes name, email address of telephone number. Data concerning preferences, hobbies, membership of which websites and individual has viewed are also counted as personal data.

Personal data will only be collected, used and transmitted by the provider when it is legally permitted or if the user has consented to collection of this data.

Making contact

Integration of third party services and content

It may happen that third party content, such as videos from YouTube, map data from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, for examples, are integrated into this online offering. It is always assumed that the provider of this content (hereinafter referred to as the "third party provider") will intrinsically receive the user's IP address, since the content  could not be send to the respective users' browsers without the IP address. The IP address is therefore required in order to display this content. We make every effort to only use such content where the actual provider only uses the IP address in order to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on whether the third party provider stores the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. Where we are aware of this, it will be made clear to the user.

Google Analytics

This offering uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies: text files which are saved on the user's computer and which make analysis of the use of the website possible. The information generated by the cooking about the use of this website by the user is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

In the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, the user's IP address will, within the member states of the European Union or other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, be truncated before it is transmitted to Google. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. IP anonymization is active on this website.
